After opening its first clinic in Birmingham in 2015, Este Medical Group partnered with Creative Ideaz in 2018. The brand now has over 10 clinics located across the UK, Europe, America and Asia, including locations like Milan, Istanbul and New York. Sam Cinkir, the founder of Este Medical Group, is passionate about offering safe, reliable and affordable treatments to all of his clients. In the UK, they are currently treating over 1,000 clients daily.

This case study will showcase how Creative Ideaz helped Este Medical Group’s journey to the top by analysing the initial problems the brand faced, the solutions we implemented, and the momentous million-pound results.
When we started working with Este Medical Group, the company was entirely dependent on traditional methods of advertising including newspaper advertisements and billboards. Este Medical Group’s website was also basic and receiving only 350 visits a month. This meant Este’s online presence and reach was relatively low, making it difficult to build brand loyalty.
Other areas of limited operations included poor tracking opportunities across multiple sources, lack of live business intelligence, and the use of custom integration into practice management software.
In order to improve Este Medical Group’s scalability, roll out and brand awareness, we developed a brand new website using information gathered from our customer insights team. This new website was developed to streamline user experience, educate the user, and designed to turn the user into a brand ambassador.
Not only did we create a brand new website for Este Medical Group, we also developed the branding and uniformed the brand identity across all assets. Over the years we have grown our engagement to provide a full stack digital marketing service.
The scale up success of the brand led us to create a bespoke online portal that allowed automated integration, distribution and servicing of leads from all marketing channels to individual branch level activities.

The development of a Bespoke CRM module was used to track the services enquired, notes, suggested package and outcomes across all branches, and market channels and consultants. To address the lack of brand loyalty, we produced a customer loyalty app for both iOS and Android allowing users to automatically earn points on every purchase, get special offers and discount code, and refer friends and family.
Other solutions included live dashboards across business operations to view core metrics in real time, a scalable online portal allowing onboarding of new franchises on demand with built in training and operational knowledge, and an automated integration between the customer CRM and branch software utilising API integrations between systems to remove manual processes.
