Job Brief
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Video Content Creator with a strong background in video production and editing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conceptualising, producing, and editing video content for various platforms, including our client's website, social media channels, and advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Conceptualisation: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for video content that align with client objectives.
- Scripting: Write and develop scripts for video content, ensuring clear messaging and engagement.
- Video Production: Execute end-to-end video production, including shooting, lighting, and audio recording. Coordinate talent, locations, and equipment as needed.
- Editing: Edit and enhance raw footage to create polished and compelling videos. This includes adding graphics, effects, and music to enhance the overall quality.
- Platform Adaptability: Tailor video content for various platforms, optimising content for each channel's specific requirements and audience.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure that all video content aligns with the client's brand guidelines, voice, and overall marketing strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and social media, to coordinate video content with broader marketing initiatives.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, new video technologies, and best practices for video content creation.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in video production and editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and familiarity with video equipment.
- Creativity: Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
